Account and billing

Your account in the dashboard

• Open your account menu at the bottom left (your name) and then Account. On phones, tap the Account tab at the bottom.
• At the top is Your plan: your plan, whether it renews (Renews on …) or ends (Stays active until …), and how many server slots are in use.
• Below that are Payment, Invoices and Server slots, followed by appearance and language and Privacy with the switch Automatically join the support server. If you turn it off, we will no longer add you automatically and no longer change your plan role there. You can leave the server yourself at any time.
• You’ll find all plans via View plans or on the Premium page (asward-helper.store/premium). Your plan applies to your account, not to a single server. Automations and the GTA RP commands run on servers where you set up the bot with your account (server slot in the dashboard) – with your own bot on every server it runs on.
• Under Payment you also see your Email address. It is updated from your Discord account each time you sign in; you don’t change it in the dashboard but on Discord (then sign in again). If your Discord account has no verified address, the address from your PayPal payment or the one you enter when cancelling in the dashboard is used until then.

The plans in brief

• Free: free of charge, 1 server, 1 ticket panel per server.
• Basic (subscription) and Lifetime Basic (one-time): 2 servers, 5 ticket panels per server, Basic features.
• Premium (subscription) and Lifetime Premium (one-time): 3 servers, 20 ticket panels per server, all features. GTA RP features and the bot personalizer are only included in the Premium subscription, not in Lifetime.
• More server slots (subscription): 2 more servers.
• Basic and Premium subscriptions start with a 7-day trial. If you don’t cancel before it ends, the subscription continues at the normal monthly price.
• Switching from Basic to Premium: Premium applies right away, without a new trial. You only pay the Premium price from the day your Basic subscription would otherwise renew; your Basic subscription ends automatically. Going back from Premium to Basic is only possible once your Premium subscription has ended.
• Lifetime while a subscription is running: If you buy a lifetime package, your subscription ends automatically and won’t be charged again. A Premium subscription keeps running until the end of the paid period, then your lifetime package applies. You can’t have the same subscription twice at the same time.
• Plans unlock modules in the dashboard. The bot commands in Discord, such as /poll or /giveaway start, work on every plan; only the GTA RP commands need the Premium subscription and /suggest needs the Basic plan (the suggestion channel comes from the dashboard).
• You can turn polls, giveaways, embeds, reminders, sticky messages, temp channels and suggestions on and off on every plan; if a module is off, its commands only reply with a notice. What you set up in the dashboard – for example the trigger channel for temp channels, the suggestion channel, or reminders and sticky messages from the dashboard page – only works with the matching plan; the commands themselves stay. All other modules need the matching plan.

Paying

Payment is handled by PayPal. You change your payment method at PayPal itself: in your account under Payment, Change in PayPal takes you straight there while a subscription is running. If the last payment failed, Your plan says so, with Check in PayPal.

If you took out your subscription through Discord, you cancel and change it in Discord under Settings › Subscriptions.

Invoices

• In your account, Invoices lists all invoices with date, item and amount. PDF opens the invoice.
• Every invoice is also sent by email to the email address of your account (see Payment). Only the invoice for a one-time purchase goes to the address PayPal reports to us with the payment.
• If an invoice is missing, write to us. Didn’t get an email? Check your spam folder too.

The easiest way: cancel in the dashboard

1. Open your accountDashboard

   Open your Account in the dashboard (account menu at the bottom left, on phones the Account tab).

2. Cancel subscriptionDashboard

   Under Your plan, click Cancel subscription or go straight to Account › Cancel subscription. You see your subscription and when it ends, for example: “Your Basic subscription ends on 10/12/2026 and will not renew.” If your subscription also includes extra server slots, you choose what to cancel. On the Premium page, ✕ Cancel Subscription and ✕ Cancel slot add-on take you to the same place.

3. Cancel nowDashboard

   If there’s no email address in your account, enter one under Where should we send the confirmation?; we send the confirmation there and save it in your account for future confirmations. If you like, tell us briefly why you’re leaving. This is optional. Then click Cancel now; Keep subscription takes you back without changes. You don’t need to enter anything else.

4. Check the statusDashboard

   Your subscription ends at the end of the paid period. The page shows you right away when, and the confirmation is sent by email. Your account then shows Cancelled and Stays active until …. You keep everything until that day; after that, the Free plan applies – or your lifetime package, if you have one.

If your subscription runs through Discord, you cancel it in Discord under Settings › Subscriptions. The dashboard then shows you exactly this way.

Without signing in: Cancel contracts here

1. Open the formWebsite

   Click “Cancel contracts here” at the bottom of any page or open the cancellation page (asward-helper.store/kuendigen). You don’t need to sign in.

2. Fill in the detailsWebsite

   Choose the type of cancellation (“Regular” or “Without notice, for good cause”), which contract (preselected: all your subscriptions) and when it should end. Enter your name and email address, ideally the one of your Discord or PayPal account. If you like, also enter your Discord name or Discord ID: this is optional and helps us find your account. You don’t need a subscription number.

3. SubmitWebsite

   Click “Cancel now”. The confirmation of receipt appears right away and is also sent by email; save it. Your cancellation takes effect from this click in any case.

4. Confirm by emailWebsite

   If your details match exactly one account, we send an email with Confirm cancellation and This wasn’t me to that account’s email address. That way you notice right away if someone else cancels in your name, and you can stop it. Confirm cancellation opens a page; one click on Yes, cancel ends your subscription at the end of the paid period, and you see right away when. If you don’t click, we carry out the cancellation automatically before the next payment (usually 3 days before). Exception: if a cancellation for your account was recently reported with This wasn’t me, we only carry out a new cancellation once you confirm it; without your confirmation, your subscription continues. If it wasn’t you, stop it with This wasn’t me and Stop the cancellation; we also stop any other open cancellations for your account. If nothing matches clearly, we handle it by hand and get back to you by email.

If you’re signed in to the dashboard, your subscriptions, name and email address are already filled in, and you see the end date right away. The cancellation is then carried out immediately, without an email with buttons.

You can also cancel by email to info@boxshopde.de or directly at PayPal.

Lifetime is a one-time payment; there’s no subscription you’d need to cancel.

Withdrawal: within 14 days

1. Open the withdrawalWebsite

   Click Withdraw from contract here at the bottom of any page or open the withdrawal page (asward-helper.store/widerrufen). You can only withdraw there while signed in: if you aren’t yet, click Sign in with Discord and sign in with the Discord account you used for your purchase; you’ll then come back to the page.

2. Fill in the detailsWebsite

   Choose the contract you’re withdrawing from and enter your name and email address. What you bought with this Discord account on the website is already there to choose from, with its date; contracts you have already withdrawn from are no longer listed. If you didn’t buy anything on the website, you choose from a list. You don’t have to give a reason.

3. Confirm withdrawalWebsite

   Click “Confirm withdrawal”. The confirmation of receipt with date and time appears right away and is also sent by email; save it. Your withdrawal takes effect from this click.

4. Money backWebsite

   A withdrawal ends the contract: if you took out the subscription within the 14 days before withdrawing and chose it from your purchases on the page, your access from it usually ends right away, and it no longer renews; otherwise we stop it manually. We refund all payments for the contract via PayPal no later than 14 days after we receive it; at the latest then, your access ends too. If you took it out longer ago, we check the withdrawal and get back to you.

Withdraw or cancel? If you cancel, your subscription runs until the end of the paid period and nothing is refunded. If you withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract, the contract ends and you get your money back.

Without signing in, you can withdraw informally by email to info@boxshopde.de. The full withdrawal policy with a model withdrawal form is in the terms and conditions and in your confirmation email.

After it ends

• Your ticket panels stay. You can only create new ones up to the Free plan’s limit.
• Areas that the Free plan doesn’t include are locked in the dashboard. The bot commands in Discord stay; only the GTA RP commands still need the Premium subscription and /suggest the Basic plan.
• The refund rules are in the terms and conditions. You can request information about your data or its deletion by email; details are in the privacy policy.
